Holistic Healing was created from my own experience moving through those times.
 It’s a space where you can set things down for a while and feel supported.
 Here, you can meet what has felt too heavy to carry alone — grief, confusion, or the soft ache of emptiness — and begin to remember the parts of yourself that have been waiting to reawaken.
Each session unfolds in its own way.
 Sometimes there are tears, sometimes laughter, sometimes quiet moments when something unseen steps in to help.
 There are moments of remembering, moments of connection, and a sense of something greater holding us through it all.
When the session ends, something has shifted.
 You stand up lighter, clearer, more aware of how your experiences have shaped you and what they’ve been trying to teach you.
 You leave with a renewed sense of direction and a quiet hope that feels real, no matter what life looks like outside the door.
What Happens in a Session
Each Holistic Healing session lasts about two hours.
 We begin with conversation — a gentle way to arrive and explore what’s been happening for you.
From there, I open to intuitive and energetic guidance, blending energy healing, psychic insight, and vibrational tools to help your system find balance and release what it no longer needs.
There’s no script or formula.
 The process becomes a living dialogue between your energy, your higher self, and the loving intelligence that moves through both of us.
Continuing the Journey
Healing moves in layers, and lasting change unfolds over time.
 Many people find that after their first session, they feel called to continue.
A series of sessions allows what begins in the first meeting to deepen, helping each wave of insight and release become part of your daily awareness.
I recommend three to four sessions over the course of six months.
 This rhythm gives space for integration while keeping the work alive and active in your life.
After that, a maintenance session every six months helps you stay grounded, confident, and connected.
 Life truly can feel different when you carry the essence of this work into your everyday moments.
