Boundaries are one of those things that sound great on paper but are hard to hang onto in practice.  Over time, I learned to use bracelets and intentions to create and maintain the kind of boundaries that work to help say yes to yourself and your needs without creating anxiety or stress. 

In this workshop, we will explore the ways to discover what our needs truly are and the ways we can honor our boundaries using the gemstone bracelets that you design and make. Using intuitive readings and energy work while we design on the bracelets, you will gain a sense of where you need to strengthen your boundaries, how to do so, and how to make boundaries a beautiful part of manifesting your dreams.  

Class price includes cost of materials for 3 bracelets. $60 per person
