Energy Healing Basics- Learn a simple approach to begin to practice working with this profound spiritual tool.   

Through a variety of exercises, participants will learn how to ground themselves, connect to their spiritual guides, tune into the energy field of others, and, ultimately, pick up on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual blocks that stand in the way of growth and fulfillment.

Due to very unforeseen circumstances, the community meditations are being postponed.

Join us for a Community Meditation with the Flowers on Tuesdays throughout March and April. Start the week with intention while deepening into connection with the plant world and the collective consciousness. Local folk herbalist, artist and alchemist, Katie O’Neill will guide the group through a relaxed meditation with the support and insights of her specialty handmade Flower Essences. Flower Essences are homeopathic remedies for the emotional body that work on a subtle energetic level to bring harmony to the mind, body and spirit. This is a great introduction for anyone interested in the healing ability of the flowers or a new way to deepen into their meditation practice.

This March outward is particularly paramount with the cosmic transits happening creating seismic change in our lives. We will attune to a different Flower Essence vibration for each session in accordance with the seasonal and cosmic shifts and moon cycle to assist in harmonizing the group into presence for our meditation journey. In this workshop, kids will explore a different animal or set of animals each session.  Sessions begin with an age appropriate, facilitated discussion about what spirit animals are, why they matter to different groups of people around the world, and how they can harness the energy of that week’s spirit animal to be braver, kinder, stronger, and happier in the world.  

We will then make a spirit animal card along with a token of that spirit animal such as feather paintings, rattles, “rabbit’s” feet, and more.  This class will be offered once a month, beginning January 2023.

This workshop is offered for kids in Kindergarten to 4th grade.

Crystal Grids for Kids: In this fun and hands on workshop, kids will learn all about the energy of crystals and how to use them to shape their day in positive and empowering ways.

This class is perfect for kids 7-11 who love crystals, using their imagination, and making new friends. Each kid will receive a bag of crystals to use at the workshop and take home with them along with all the supplies and instructions they will need to recreate the magic at home.

Parents can stay for this workshop or enjoy the time exploring the Winter Market and getting a bit of lunch.

For this event we will gather to mark the Winter Solstice by getting clear on what it is we want to manifest for the betterment of ourselves and our loved ones. We will spend time crafting clear and concise intentions and discuss how to live with presence each day as we bring those intentions to life. We will also do a solstice ritual that honors our past and calls in the energy of compassionate self-forgiveness. Finally, we will do experience a gorgeous a Winter Moon meditation that will have you feeling all the peaceful, dreamy feels of a magical winter’s night.

This event has space for 8 people and registration is required. The cost is $25 per person.
