Holistic Healing is what Creative Spirit was built around. It’s a blend of intuitive guidance, energy work, and the kind of conversation that gets to places most conversations never go. Each session fuses psychic insight, channeled information, and hands-on healing through reiki, shamanic techniques, and vibrational tools.

We start by talking. I ask questions and I listen, but I’m also tracking what’s sitting underneath what you’re telling me. Most people can describe what’s wrong. What they can’t always see is the pattern that’s been shaping it, sometimes for years, sometimes for longer than that. We find it together. We follow it back. And once you can see the shape of it, it starts to loosen.

Then you lie down and I work with your energy. This part is hard to describe and different for everyone. Some people feel warmth. Some see images or colors. Some feel a weight lift that they didn’t know they were carrying. The energy work and the conversation work together. One stirs things up. The other moves them. Energy work moves through time and space and works equally as well in person as remotely.

After your session ends, it’s not really over. I send a follow-up letter within a day or two with what I saw, what came through, and a few things to sit with. This letter is meant to help you continue the work and includes a summary of the session, exercises to help with your specific experiences and goals, and ideas for further growth and exploration.
