Our founder, Marisa McFadden, was so inspired by their work that she joined Shanthi as an instructor — and is now using her business as a way to give back. 🕊️ Event Overview
There are moments in life when we feel something we can’t quite explain- a strong connection to a person, a place, or a fear that seems to come from nowhere. Echoes of the Soul offers a safe, therapeutic space to explore these subtle resonances through the process of Past Life Regression- not as a test of belief, but as an opportunity for insight and healing.
You don’t need to believe in reincarnation to benefit from this experience. When we enter a deeply relaxed, meditative state and suspend disbelief, the subconscious often reveals stories, images, and sensations that hold symbolic meaning for the present moment. What surfaces might be memory, metaphor, or imagination, but all of it belongs to the language of the soul.
This guided two-hour experience is designed to help you:
✨ Recognize the roots of recurring fears or emotional patterns
✨ Identify strengths, gifts, or qualities that have always lived within you
✨ Understand relationship or life themes that feel mysteriously familiar
✨ Experience a sense of peace, release, and deeper self-understanding
🌿 What to Expect
Opening & Orientation (20 minutes)
We begin with gentle breathwork, an overview of the process, and an invitation to relax expectations. This time sets the tone for safety, curiosity, and inner exploration.
Guided Regression (45–50 minutes)
You’ll be led through a calming visualization that opens a pathway to the subconscious. In this state, images, sensations, or “memories” may arise; fragments that carry meaning for the here and now.
Integration Circle (30 minutes)
After the regression, we return slowly and spend time journaling, sharing (if you wish), and reflecting over warm, grounding tea. This allows your conscious mind to integrate what was experienced, gently anchoring insight into awareness.
Closing & Grounding (15–20 minutes)
We’ll end with a collective grounding meditation and closing intention, leaving you centered, peaceful, and clear.
🍵 Included Take-Home Reflection Kit
Each participant will receive a small Echoes of the Soul Reflection Kit to support integration throughout the week:
Guided Reflection Journal – prompts and grounding practices to revisit what arose during your session.
Grounding Tea Sachet – a soothing herbal blend (rooibos, chamomile, cinnamon, and lemon balm) to enjoy as you reflect.
Grounding Stone – a small crystal (smoky quartz, hematite, or black tourmaline) to carry as a reminder to return to the present moment whenever you need balance.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal if you wish to add personal notes.
Space is limited to 10 participants to ensure an intimate and restorative experience.

Energy Healing Level I Certification takes place over 2 evenings. Each evening will span 3 hours and include the teaching of key concepts, hands on demonstrations, and plenty of one-on-one practice. Students must attend both class dates to enroll.

Crafted from real crystals and clay by our own Lauren Shaver of Crystal Adjacent, this Charmcasting Kit is unlike anything else out there and offers uses a genuine and powerful way to tap into the energy of what’s to come.
Whether you’re a curious beginner or seasoned seeker, this night is your invitation to tune into the subtle magic within you. Guided by Lauren, herself, you’ll learn how to work with Charmcasting in a way that’s playful, deeply personal, and weirdly accurate.
