Group Energy Healing

  • Creative Spirit Easton, LLC 131 North 3rd Street Easton, PA, 18042 United States (map)

Candlelight, soft music, a guided meditation, and individualized energy work, all in the same hour. You settle in, get comfortable, close your eyes, and let the meditation carry you while I move through the room working with each person's energy field one at a time. What people experience varies widely. Warmth, tingling, waves of emotion, vivid imagery, or sometimes nothing at all until they realize a few days later that something has quietly shifted. Every session is different and every person in the room receives something specific to them, not just the theme of the night.

Here's what I want you to know about how energy healing actually works, because I think it's one of the most misunderstood things about it. Yes, the intention we set at the start of each session creates a direction and the healing absolutely moves in that direction. And it also goes where it needs to go. Which is sometimes a different address entirely. Your body has been keeping its own list of what needs attention, and given the chance, it will always lead the work somewhere useful.

Bring a yoga mat, a pillow, a blanket, whatever helps you feel settled and comfortable. We have oversized armchairs if lying down isn't your preference. Wear something you could fall asleep in.

Cost $35 · (Included in all Class Passes which can be purchased on the booking page)

Each session we will explore something intentional. The upcoming sessions are described below.

JUNE — Working with the Akashic Records

The Akashic Records are the idea, present in some form across many traditions, that there exists a kind of living archive of everything a soul has ever experienced. Every pattern, every agreement, every unfinished thing across every lifetime. When we work with them in a healing context we're not reading them the way you'd read a file. We're tracking where something is coming from and, in some cases, clearing it at the root rather than continuing to work around it. It's some of the deepest energy work I do and both sessions this month are worth attending if you can manage it.

  • Thursday June 12 — The Records as a Source of Healing This session is oriented toward receiving. We open the records together through the guided meditation and I work with what I find there for each person in the room, the patterns that are active, the things that are running quietly in the background, the places where something old is still making decisions in your present life. Come open and without an agenda if you can. The records tend to surface what's most useful, which isn't always what you'd have thought to ask about.

  • Tuesday June 24 — Clearing and Releasing Through the Records The second session is where we do something with what was found. Patterns can be released, old agreements updated, things that have outlived their usefulness cleared from the field. This session tends to feel bigger than a standard energy healing, more like something completing than something shifting. Some people feel it immediately. Some feel it over the days that follow. Either way it moves.

JULY — Inviting Your Guides

Most people have a cordial, arms-length relationship with their spirit guides. A sense of support in the background, an occasional sign, a feeling of not being entirely alone in things. What most people have never done is ask for more. Direct contact. Real presence. Help with the specific things they are navigating right now, especially the places where they keep second-guessing themselves and their own knowing.

July is about closing that distance.

  • Thursday July 17 — Making Contact This session is about opening the channel wider and asking your guides to come in closer than they usually do. The meditation is designed to help you actually feel who's there, which is sometimes surprising, and to establish a kind of contact you can return to on your own. Come curious about who might show up. It isn't always who you'd expect.

  • Tuesday July 29 — Asking for What You Need Once that connection is more open, we get specific. This session is focused on asking your guides for courage and confidence in your own life, your decisions, your direction, your authority over your own choices. Most people ask their guides for signs or answers. This session is about asking them to stand close while you act on what you already know.

AUGUST — What Seemed Promised

There's a particular kind of loss that doesn't have a clean name. Nobody died. Nothing ended in a way the world would recognize as loss. But somewhere along the way the life that seemed like it was yours, the version of things that felt like it was coming, the person you were before something changed everything, all of that quietly stopped being available. You adapted. You built something real inside the actual circumstances. And somewhere in the body there is still a tender place where the original wound lives, usually doing more to organize your daily experience than you realize.

August is about that place.

  • Thursday August 14 — Finding It The first session is slower and more inward than usual. The meditation is designed to help you make contact with what you're actually carrying without having to narrate the whole story of it again. I'll work with what I find in the field for each person, where the wound lives in the body, what it's been doing, how long it's been there. Some people already know exactly what this is about. Some are surprised by what surfaces.

  • Tuesday August 26 — Healing It The second session moves into the wound directly. The intention is not to make peace with what happened, not to reframe it as something that was meant to be. The intention is to close it, to move it from open to healed, so that you can carry the experience as part of your story without it running the room. There is a real difference between a scar and a wound that never quite closed. That's what we're working toward.
