Boundary Bracelets is a creative and empowering workshop focused on helping you reclaim your energetic space in a grounded, compassionate, and practical way.
During our time together, we will talk openly about boundaries. We will explore where your personal boundary pain points live, the situations that challenge you most, and the patterns that make it difficult to hold your ground without guilt, conflict, or emotional fallout.
From there, we shift into the energetic layer of the conversation.
We will explore the nature of energy itself. How frequency, vibration, and intention shape the way we show up. How the unseen communicates just as loudly as words. And how we can work with supportive energetic tools to reinforce our boundaries without needing to defend, explain, or harden ourselves.
Each participant will create three different gemstone bracelets, each designed for a specific boundary situation in their life.
You may choose to focus on areas such as:
• Emotional boundaries
• Family dynamics
• Workplace interactions
• Romantic relationships
• Energy protection in public spaces
We will fuse each bracelet with intention and energetic activation, learning how to wear and work with them as supportive tools. Think of them as loving shields. Protective, but never aggressive. Empowered, but never hardened.
No hurt feelings required.
This is about holding yourself with clarity, compassion, and strength.
Bracelet Blessing Tray
As part of this workshop, you will also create your own Bracelet Blessing Tray.
This tray can be used at home to design additional bracelets, cleanse jewelry, set intentions, and energetically activate pieces to work in support of you.
It becomes a personal ritual space. A place where the jewelry you wear is not just decorative, but consciously aligned with your needs, your growth, and your protection.
