Soul Flow: A Meditative Journey Through Movement, Sound, and Paint

Step into a sacred space of creativity, movement, and deep inner exploration. In this transformative workshop, we blend movement, ethereal flow, sound, and color with intuitive painting and shamanic journeying. Guided by the energy centers of the body and the vibrational realms of spirit, you’ll embark on a soul-rooted creative experience that transcends traditional art-making. This is not about technique— its about surrender, expression, and connection.

Using one large sheet of paper for each experience, we’ll paint standing, dancing, swaying, and moving— eyes opened or closed, depending on how you feel in the moment. There is no right or wrong here. NO mistakes, Just intuitive mark-making from the deepest parts of your being.
