There's a thread of ancestral work woven through the day, the idea that some of what you sense is older than you and has been moving through your lineage for a long time.

The day is blend of exploration and practice set up to support each person’s development no matter how they walked in. You'll leave with a signal log framework you can use starting that night, a working vocabulary for how your specific channel operates, and a realistic sense of what to do with what you receive.
