About the Facilitator
Jessie is a wellness guide, meditation facilitator, and intuitive healer rooted in the ancestral wisdom of the Amazonian and Andean traditions. As the founder of Good Vibes Wellness, she helps others reconnect with themselves through mindfulness, breathwork, and Earth-honoring practices that blend Indigenous teachings with modern healing approaches. After navigating her own deep healing journey—including spiritual awakening, trauma recovery, and reclaiming her cultural lineage—Jessie created Good Vibes Wellness as a space for others to come home to themselves. Her sessions are gentle yet powerful invitations to release stress, awaken inner calm, and realign with purpose. Through her in-person workshops, online offerings, and community spaces, Jessie guides others back to their breath, body, and truth—offering tools for grounded healing, emotional clarity, and soul remembrance.
